VGP 2013 was developed by shipping veterans to teach Officers, Superintendents, Port Captains and Crew the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Vessel General Permit (VGP) Regulations and how to comply with them.
